Order process and details :
We need customers to provide details such as the type, specification, fragrance, packaging, quantity, etc. of the perfume, and give a price quote.
If samples are required: We can arrange for samples to be sent. In the perfume industry, samples usually include small bottles of perfume. Customers can proceed to place a formal order after confirming the samples.
Confirm order details: Once the customer decides to place an order, confirm the following details:
Specific type of perfume (fragrance, volume, etc.)
Order quantity
Packaging requirements (bottle, cap, label, box, etc.)
Transportation method (air, sea, etc.) and destination
Delivery date
Sign a contract: For small batch orders, there may be a contract or order confirmation that clearly stipulates the price, delivery date, payment method, etc.
Payment:
Advance payment: Generally, customers are required to pay a partial advance payment (such as 50%) to secure the order.
Remaining payment: After production is completed, the remaining payment is paid.
Production and quality control: Once the advance payment is received, start the production of the perfume. Ensure quality control during the production process to ensure that the product meets customer requirements.
Shipping and transportation:
After production is completed, arrange shipment. Choose the appropriate mode of transportation (express, freight, etc.) and provide relevant logistics information according to customer needs.
Provide the shipment tracking number and inform the customer of the estimated delivery time.
Delivery and after-sales service: After the customer receives the goods, they will inspect and accept them. If there are any problems, provide after-sales support and handle returns, exchanges or other after-sales needs.
