**3. How long is the production cycle? **
- **Standard process**: About **12-15 days** after confirming the sample (including formula debugging, production, quality inspection).
- **Expedited service**: Optional expedited channel, shortened to 10 days for additional fees.

- **Customized sample fee**: A processing fee is charged for proofing new formulas (can be deducted for subsequent orders).
**7. What are the packaging material options? **
- **Bottle type**: Glass (transparent/frosted), PET plastic, metal, etc.
- **Spray nozzle**: Standard/customized spray nozzle, roll-on, dropper.
- **Outer box**: environmentally friendly paper box, magnetic box, silk lining, etc., support hot stamping/UV process.
**8. Payment method and deposit ratio? **
- **Deposit**: 30%-50% to start production, and the balance is settled before delivery.
- **Payment method**: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (part of the channel handling fee is borne by the customer).

- **Global delivery**: DHL, FedEx, air/sea, freight is calculated based on weight and destination.
